Once you purchase the elive2u™ software, there are no additional
charges beyond the cost of your internet connection.

Can I install this myself or do I need to be a computer whiz?

Installing elive2u™ is quite simple. Simply click a few buttons
as you follow the on-screen instructions to load the software set
up your hardware.

How do I make a text call?
A.
A text call is initiated by a user right clicking on an online "Buddy"
from your Buddy list and then selecting 1-1 Text from the drop down
menu.

How do I make a Voice call?

A Voice call is initiated by a user right clicking on an online
"Buddy" from your Buddy list and then selecting 1-1 Voice
from the drop down menu.

With elive2u™ you can communicate with MSN, AOL and ICQ users.

Do both parties have to have elive2u™ installed?
A.
No, you can send other people a Live Video Email which eliminates
the need for the recipient to have any specific software or plug-ins
to communicate back to the sender. elive2u™ can also communicate
with MSN, AOL and ICQ users.

Will elive2u™ work with my 56k modem?
A.
Yes. elive2u™ works well on dial-up connections. But a broadband
Internet connection will provide the best elive2u™ experience.
Q.
Do I need to have a headset?
A.
If you have an external microphone and a set of speakers you may
not need a headset. However, we recommend a headset for the best
elive2u™ experience.
Q.
Do I have to have a camera?
A.
If you do not have a camera, you can still use elive2u™. You
will still see and hear the other person, but they will not be able
to see you. They will hear you if you have a microphone connected.
Q. How do I make sure others can see me?
A.
Turn on your video in the Video
Preview window. If you can see yourself, others will see you.
