Wireless Broadband is not available in all areas. All Plans are subject to CommsLogic standard form of agreement, terms and conditions, and Acceptable Use Policy. All Broadband plans are payable monthly in advance. You may take advantage of our special bundle or advantage plans, or simply mix, bundle and Save. Plus all our plans offer Professional Installation, 7 day local helpdesk support, and a choice of hardware. Please note that we only support hardware provided by Commslogic.

One-off standard professional installation fee of $195 applies to all ComAir plans. Standard ComAir plans are charged a one-off $50 connection fee.

A monthly CPE usage fee of $15 applies to Broadband Only and Bundled ComAir plans.

Bundled ComAir and Advantage plans benefit from a digital voice line, charged just $18/month and significant savings with the accompanying $20/month chat package.

Therefore the minimum monthly commitment (excluding one-off cost and hardware) for standard unlimited ComAir plan is $62, for unlimited bundled plan with great telephony savings is $88 and for our exclusive unlimited advantage club plan that benefits from free usage of Commslogic’s supplied CPE and great telephony savings is $67.

Should you choose one of our advantage plans, you irrevocably undertake:

a. To use the service for a period of not less than 12 months commencing from the date service is connected;

b. Pay for the service monthly in advance as and when due in accordance with CommsLogic’s Terms & Conditions. First month in advance payment is payable upon signing the order form;

c. This contract is subject to a cooling-off period of 10 days. Should you decide to cancel the contract within the cooling-off period, you can do so by sending an email to accounts@commslogic.com.au or a letter addressed to The Billing Manager, CommsLogic Pty Ltd, Suite 10 Riverwalk Place, 238 Robina Town Centre Drive, Robina, QLD 4226. Unused service paid in advance as well as cost of returned hardware (all in accordance with the Terms & Conditions) will be refunded. Upon cancellation within the cooling-off period, the first month payment paid by me will be refunded to me. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund installation and CPE removal charges;

d. Should you wish to cancel your advantage plan prior to the end of your 12 month contract, a pro rated cancellation fee of $300 will apply; and.

e. Abide by all other terms in the CommsLogic Terms & Conditions (including the Acceptable Use Policy and Service Level Agreement).
