The company has its own Network Operations Centre, switching and interconnection complex located at Robina, CommsLogic has an installed network and systems capacity to service a customer base of over 200,000, that includes all of 400,000 premises and dwellings and 1.4 million population located in its wireless coverage area. CommsLogic is an end-to-end, digital, full service licensed telecoms carrier.

The senior management of CommsLogic has extensive international telecom experience, in more than 16 countries in Asia, Europe, USA and Africa. This background has been primarily in deployment of wireline and radio access technologies in large scale, fast build-out projects. The experience in wireless access technologies include convergent messaging, GSM, GPRS, EDGE, 3G, wireless narrowband, microwave, satellite, wireless broadband and television broadcasting.

CommsLogic is a pioneer Motorola customer in Australia for Canopy® WiMAX-class broadband network deployment. We use allocated and licensed spectrum to deliver broadband service, digital telephony, Internet and video streaming. We also improve the utilization of existing local networks by offering VPN options without additional significant investment in infrastructure, licences or time.

CommsLogic's offers open access, true broadband solutions to the market. A key feature of the CommsLogic success story are our “no contracts, True Broadband™, Open Access™” policies. The company offers SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for all services and to all users, including individual residences. The company has its own R&D facility that has developed world-class hardware-software integration platforms, billing software, customer relations management, network planning, installation planning and control systems.
